About 5+ months into my program and I will admit - I have been slacking this past week, as I was too focused on Creator Mindset.

But went back into the gym today, with a new program.

The program is sh*t. I'm not a big fan and doing legs...

And this new program my PT gave me, gosh. My legs were constantly shaking through my set.

But in the positive side of things, it's growing my lower body, right?

Eat crap now, my body will reward my self later.

I've got this... kind of, well yeah...
